| My name is Stephen and I was born
and raised in Mesa, Arizona; come to think of it, that's where I am now...
go figure. Ever since I was young, I always enjoyed the arts. My
parents encouraged me to pursue this love through drawing, writing, and music.
I picked up trumpet at the age of ten and have been playing ever since.
My family bought it's first computer when I was thirteen, and... well...
I have been playing it ever since. Currently my main artistic interests
are graphic design, photography, cinematography, poetry, musical composition,
and musical performance.
The first time I ever really ventured into graphic
design was when one of my school mates and I tried to figure out how to code
web pages by looking at their source codes. Keep in mind that this
was two thirteen-year olds in their computer infancy so the majority of the
stuff we churned out was... less than aesthetically pleasing. Still,
this experience at a young age taught me the importance of learning through
deconstruction. Through my high school years I began to get a grasp
on the graphics industry, and photoshop became my new hobby. As I now
tread through my college education, I am finding that there are limitless
possibilities to today's software. The graphics industry is not only
my occupation and hobby, it is my passion.
The Lord has blessed me with an amazing family
(both immediate and extended) as well as some great friends. My chief
aim is to glorify God through my art and actions. I am currently a
member at Grace Covenant Church located in Gilbert, Arizona. If you
